In order to be eligible for a track change during the 25/26 school year, please complete the form linked below by December 1, 2024.

Only courses within your 'My Learning Plan' account that have a status of completed will be counted towards your track change.
If you are going from a Bachelor's to a Master's or a Master's to a Doctorate please send your official transcripts to Human Resources in order to document the completion of the Master's or Doctorate program.
