Please be advised, there are now (2) Human Resources Offices! One is dedicated to our School Personnel and the other is dedicated to all Town Employees. To direct you to the appropriate department, please read below:

School Employees

School HR Office is located at 30 Whittier Court, 3rd Floor. Faxes can be sent to (978)623-8599

  • All school employees with HR inquiries, please contact School Human Resources Office for APS at (978)623-8500 or visit during office hours (M-F 8am-4:30pm).

  • For school employees with Payroll inquiries, please contact School Payroll at (978)247-7072

  • If you wish to sign up for a 403(b) plan (school employees only), you need to do so directly through the TDS website. (https://www.tdsplans.org/). For questions about 403(b) plans call TDS directly at (866)446-1072.

  • All School Active or Retiree benefits (health, dental, life, vision, FSA, 457 plan) please contact Town HR at 978-623-8500

  • If you contribute to Andover Contributory Retirement, please reach out to Helen Armano or Elena Kothman at the Retirement Office, at (978)623-8540

Town Employees
