The Andover Schools' Nutrition Program provides all students with wholesome, nutritious, and delicious meals that meet the USDA dietary guidelines for all Americans.
Massachusetts schools lunches are currently funded through the Universal School Meals. School meals are free for all APS students. This means that students will be entitled to one (1) free breakfast and one (1) free lunch, daily.
A breakfast and lunch must be a complete reimbursable meal. This means each meal needs to have components such as a grain, protein, and a fruit or vegetable to be considered complete.
Even though meals are free, there are many benefits to filling out the Family Financial Assistance Application. This includes free or reduced prices with transportation, athletics, and more.
