The Town of Andover Informational Technology (IT) Department and the APS Technology Integration and Digital Literacy Team partner to coordinate efforts around classroom support, technology integration, and building capacity through the usage of the digital applications supported by the district.

APS staff: You may reach IT by by submitting a request online, calling the Help Desk, or sending an email.

• Submit a Work Order through the following options: 

  • Visit https://etech.andoverma.us

  • Email the IT Department

  • Access the Work Order app ("APS Work Orders") through ClassLink

  • Help Desk Life Jacket shortcut on your laptop screen - double-click the icon to open the Work Order screen.
