For current students looking to have their transcript sent to a college or private school, you must go into the Guidance office to fill out a transcript release form (sample below). The cost is $3.00 per school and you can fit up to 6 colleges on the form. If you are under the age of 18, your parent/Guardian must sign the form before submitting.
