Registration: Step Three

The User fee can be submitted to the athletics department via eFunds. This fee covers the entire school year and should be submitted before the start of the first day of the season your child is participating in. 

For example, if your child plays a fall sport, the User fee should be paid during the open registration for the fall season. If this same child plays a winter or spring sport, the user fee does not need to be paid again. The $450 covers all three sport seasons. 

There is a cap for families with more than two children participating in our athletics program. The maximum number of user fees paid for any one family is 2 or $900. 

The athletics department will refund any user fee for a student who is cut from a try out sport. Once our coaches confirm their rosters, we will complete a reimbursement form to submit to our business office. A $450 refund check will be mailed to the home address that is listed in your child's Aspen account. **The fees charged by eFunds will not be reimbursed.**

  2. Login to your account to submit payment for the Sport that your child will be playing. 

Payment by Check: Please make the check out to Andover Athletics and mail it to: Andover High School 80 Shawsheen Rd Andover MA 01810 Attn. Athletic Dept. Be sure to include your child's name in the memo.

Athletic Fee Waivers: Waivers for the sport user fee are available. Please reach out to our office if you have any questions or need our help with this process.
