All medications must be dropped off with the nurse. Please send only a 5 day supply of all medications that you would like your child to be able to use while away at camp by Wednesday, October 2 This includes prescription as well as over the counter medication, with the exception of Tylenol, Motrin, and Benadryl. Kieve has supplies of these three medications and just needs your permission to give them as needed. If your child needs a liquid or chewable form of medication you must send your own supply.
Please remember to send in any medication that needs to be administered to your child including OTC medication
All medications being sent to Kieve need to be in the original prescription container or over the counter, manufacturer’s package with the child’s full name clearly written on the package. We are unable to accept any loose medications.
Please supply current epi pens and inhalers your child may need while away.
Please check expiration dates of all medications you are supplying as we are unable to administer any expired medications
Please place all medications your child may need in a clearly labeled zip lock bag.
In the event your child becomes ill or injured while at camp, you will be contacted. If your child needs to leave camp early for any reason, please be prepared to make the necessary arrangements so that you can pick up your child promptly.
