Dear West El Families,
I am pleased to share that our building is nearly ready for occupancy! We’d like you to save the date for the scheduled ‘Meet Your School Event’ on Monday, August 26, 2024 from 4:00 PM- 6:00 PM. This is an opportunity for all West El families to see and become familiar with portions of the new building. This is not an ‘open house’ or meet your child’s teacher event. Below is the schedule:
4:00-4:30: Grades K and 1
4:45-5:15: Grades 2 and 3
5:30-6:00: Grades 4 and 5
Due to construction wrapping up, parking may be somewhat limited and therefore encourage families to carpool. You will be entering the building via the Bus Loop Entrance, where we will greet you and provide brief tours. No RSVP is required and we look forward to seeing you there.
