SENIOR ACTIVITIES LETTER - CLASS OF 2020
Dear Class of 2020,
It has been a great start to the senior year! There are many things planned to make this year special, and we have outlined all of these in this letter. Check below for what is planned for senior activities and their cost. To streamline the process for payment, all activities will be paid for through e-funds. The e-funds link is below. We hope all of you will join us.
May 22 -- Seniors’ Last School Day: senior breakfast and cap and gown distribution, followed by a visit back to students’ elementary schools wearing a cap and gown.
May 26-29 -- Senior Week activities: details below. If participating in all senior week activities, the total cost (including cap/gown and yearbook) is $375. You may also choose just individual activities. Everyone MUST purchase a cap and gown if they are attending graduation. The cost for the cap and gown alone is $20.
Monday -- June 1: Graduation: Tsongas Arena at 5 p.m.--students need to be at the Tsongas Arena by 4 p.m., so please allow plenty of time for travel.
E-funds information: Click on the link below to pay by credit card or your checking account. We will not be accepting payment at AHS so this is the only way to pay for senior week activities and cap and gown!

If you cannot cover the total fee, please speak privately to Mr. Aubrey or Ms. Mitchell, and they will work out some type of payment plan. We want everyone to be included in these events because they wouldn't be the same without you! There are scholarships available to those students who are on free/reduced lunch. Please see one of us if this applies to you.
Alternatively, if you find yourself in a position to help a classmate in need, there will be the option of making small donations through e-funds. These donations will help ensure that all students can attend the events they want, regardless of cost.
The yearbook payment is due by January 15.
Senior dues payment is due by March 15.
