Instructional Assistants
If you are an Instructional Assistant returning next school year, then you may keep your device over the summer.
Permanent and Building Based Substitutes
You must return any and all Andover-provided computing devices by the last day of school, June 17, 2022. You must also return any accessories such as power chargers, digital pens and cases. Red bins will be provided at each school’s main office by Monday June 13, 2022. You may deposit your devices and IT will retrieve and process them.
APS Staff not returning in the fall
If you believe that you will not be returning to Andover Public Schools in the fall, you must return any and all Andover-provided computing devices by the last day of school. You must also return any accessories such as power chargers, digital pens and cases. Red bins will be provided at each school’s main office by Monday June 13, 2022. You may deposit your devices and IT will retrieve and process them.
Your email and network access will also be suspended at the end of the day on June 17, 2022. If you wish to make a copy of your email or Google files, follow the instructions:

Remember that all information stored on school devices or systems are the property of the district and must not be deleted.
