Andover's Unified Basketball Team

For the first time, schools from the Merrimack Valley Conference will compete in interscholastic Unified Sports. In addition to the teams from Andover, Haverhill and North Andover, this fall’s Unified Basketball League will include Billerica High School, Methuen High School, and Tewksbury High School teams. The Unified Basketball league is sponsored by Special Olympics Massachusetts and the MIAA’s Unified Champion Schools program, promoting respect, inclusion, and opportunity for all through sports. Student-athletes with and without disabilities from North Andover High School, Andover High School and Haverhill High School are eligible to play in the league, which begins at 3:15 p.m. in the North Andover High gym on Friday, October 20, 2017.
