Part II - PBS/NOVA's School of the Future
Wednesday, January 18, 2017
7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Cormier Youth Center
This is the second part in a two-part series where we explore what cutting edge research in education could mean for Andover. You will have an opportunity to see excerpts from the PBS/NOVA film - School of the Future, along with real examples of how Andover schools are integrating these new ways of learning. APS administrators and faculty will be leading first hand discussions focused on grit, growth, and the maker mindset. And we will continue to tackle the question: how can cutting edge research help Andover create the school of the future? We hope you can join us for this engaging hour!
The film screening and discussion will take place from 7:30-8:30pm at the Cormier Youth Center. Presented in collaboration by Andover Public Schools, Andover Coalition for Education, and Andover Youth Services. Admission is free.
